We're two weeks away. Oh Merlin. I can't do this. Why did I think I could do this?

Well, I bought my we bought our wedding bands this weekend. It's hard to believe we're barely three weeks away from the ceremony.

I feel as though I've fallen off the grid completely, recently. Between planning and working and moving...I'm afraid my social life has suffered badly. I'll be able to get back into the swing after the new year.

This coming weekend. The only wedding thing I intend to do is to go shopping for our wedding bands. The rest of it, I am going to be calm and spend time with you and we are going to have a nice unstressful bloody weekend.

Merlin, I thought I'd done this already, I'm so sorry. I got input from all of you, but here's the dress that was chosen:

I'm afraid I didn't do much for Halloween. Some children came trick-or-treating to my flat, but that was the only activity actually related to the holiday that occurred.

And now I've just pulled a muscle in my neck trying to reach for something. Lovely.

Ioan proposed. I'm getting married. Yes, you have to be a bridesmaid, but you don't have to do anything complicated if you don't want.

Well. My mother is already nagging me about planning the wedding, and she's probably right, because I think we should have it over Christmas, maybe on the winter solstice? And planning a wedding in just under three months is...well, you better be very amazed when I pull it off, because I totally will, but not without a lot of drama.

So I suppose the only questions for now are are you all right with a date that soon and how involved do you want to be in planning, if at all? (You're not getting out of picking your own groomsmen, though, so don't get excited.)
